General Disclaimer

"Revive Skin Spa” and its licensed estheticians provide professional skincare services and products intended to improve the appearance and health of the skin. Results vary per individual. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.

Skincare (Products Use)

  • Use products as directed. Misuse may result in irritation or unwanted side effects.

  • Discontinue use and consult us or a physician if irritation occurs.

Allergies & Sensitivities

  • It’s the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or reactions prior to purchase.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.

Skin Services (Appointments)

  • Appointments are required. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

 Late Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 50–100% of the scheduled service.

Consultations

  • New clients must complete a skincare consultation form.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or contraindicated.

Contraindications

Clients must disclose:

  • Any medical conditions, medications, recent surgeries, or topical prescriptions (e.g., Retin-A, Accutane).

  • Pregnancy or nursing status.
    We may need to adjust or postpone your treatment for safety reasons.

Minors

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for services and consent.

  • Some treatments may not be appropriate for minors and will require prior consultation.

Payments

  • We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Paypal and digital payments.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Client records and personal information are confidential and will not be shared without written consent.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health reasons, or failure to comply with policies
