• During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

• We currently ship within the U.S. only. (International shipping is coming soon.)

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Revive Skin is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

• If your package is lost, please contact us at contact@reviveskinspa.net to file a claim.
