At Revive Skin, we take great pride in offering high-quality skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds once a product has been opened or used.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@reviveskinspa.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit after review.

    Please Note:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

    • All replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
