At Revive Skin, we take great pride in offering high-quality skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@reviveskinspa.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit after review.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
All replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
